Why I built CueDeed
Every deal I found on the open market had the same problem: someone had already priced in the opportunity. I was always one step behind.
The real opportunities were off-market, sitting in public tax records. Getting to them was a project in itself. Every county keeps its records differently. Some take weeks to answer a request. What finally arrives is usually a raw list of parcel numbers and balances, with nothing to tell you which ones are worth your time.
I spent weeks sorting spreadsheets instead of looking at properties. So I built the tool I wished I had.
CueDeed does the groundwork. It pulls official tax records from across Virginia, Maryland and DC, organizes them into one consistent format, and ranks every property so the strongest opportunities rise to the top. You see why each one surfaced and where the record came from.
You start with a shortlist, not a spreadsheet.
