CueDeed Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 14, 2026

Legal review notice: This Policy describes CueDeed's current early-access practices. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It should be reviewed before payment processing, behavioral advertising, or materially broader data collection begins.

Atlas Bridge Ventures, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, does business as CueDeed ("CueDeed," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information through cuedeed.com, our opportunity briefs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information you provide

We may collect:

If paid services are introduced, a payment processor will process card or bank details under its own privacy policy. CueDeed does not intend to store full payment-card numbers.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting, form, email, and security providers may automatically process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and error or security logs. We use this information to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the Service.

At the date of this Policy, CueDeed does not intentionally use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, or a dedicated audience analytics platform. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any consent or choices required by law.

3. Public-record and property information

The Service processes information from government records and other lawfully available sources. Depending on the source and market, this may include owner-of-record names, property and mailing addresses, parcel identifiers, assessed values, taxes or other amounts, court or administrative stages, vacancy or code-related records, permit information, dates, and related property facts.

We may standardize, compare, match, summarize, rank, and derive confidence indicators from that information. We generally do not obtain this information directly from the people named in the records. Public records can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or later corrected, and our cross-source matches can also be wrong.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

We do not sell the personal information you submit to request an opportunity brief. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Property research may be provided to Service users as part of CueDeed's product.

6. Communications and your choices

You may ask us to stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message or emailing info@cuedeed.com. We will honor valid commercial-email opt-out requests within 10 business days. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to respond to you, administer an account, deliver a requested service, or address legal or security matters.

You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where the law allows.

7. Requests about public-record information

If you believe public-record or property information associated with you is inaccurate, email us with enough detail to locate the record and explain the issue. We will review reasonable requests and may correct, annotate, suppress, or remove information from future CueDeed output when appropriate. We may retain source copies, audit records, or information that remains necessary for legal, security, integrity, or recordkeeping purposes.

A change to CueDeed's output does not change the originating government or third-party source. You may need to contact that source directly to correct its record.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to provide the Service, maintain research history and source traceability, manage communications, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by information type, source-refresh cycle, account relationship, and legal requirement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless retention is required or permitted by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission, system, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is intended for real estate professionals and not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

11. United States processing

CueDeed operates in the United States. Information may be stored and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

12. Third-party sites

The Service may link to government and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service and law change. We will post the updated version and revise the date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
